Regarding the sheep's history, I can't say who created it - I honestly don't know. All I know is that I originaly got it in an asian language, and later an english version (the one available to you is the english version). The sheep has been around for a while and in various formats, but it's fun to play with - it interacts with any open window, other sheep, other deskmates and even the start menu for win95
